The Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you are the frontline technical resource for Alauda's enterprise customers after go-live. You'll help customers resolve platform issues, answer technical questions, process support tickets, and ensure they get the most out of our container and Kubernetes platform. You'll also work closely with the sales team to support demos and trials, and channel real-world customer feedback into our product and engineering teams. For strong performers, this role can grow into a Regional Leader position for the overseas delivery team.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to enterprise customers — troubleshooting, guidance, and training
- Process and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Assist customers with product trials, proof-of-concept deployments, and platform adoption
- Collaborate with sales to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support during the sales cycle
- Prepare technical documents: implementation plans, test reports, and solution proposals
- Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Engineering
- Participate in partner technical exchanges and industry events
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of experience at an IT or cloud-related company; strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Interest in cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and container platforms
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional English proficiency — this is the working language for the role
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with mainstream cloud computing technologies and products
- Experience in after-sales support, operations, or development for medium-to-large projects
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container platforms
