The Role
As a Project Manager for Customer Delivery, you own the successful execution of Alauda's enterprise engagements — from kickoff to go-live and beyond. You'll lead cross-functional delivery teams on-site at customer locations, managing scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholder relationships for projects that include cloud migration, microservices adoption, DevOps transformation, and enterprise PaaS deployment. This role is ideal for someone who combines project leadership with enough technical depth to earn credibility with both engineering teams and customer executives.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for Alauda platform deployments at enterprise customer sites
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and risk — keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Lead and coordinate on-site delivery teams, bridging between customer stakeholders and Alauda engineering/support
- Drive resolution of deployment, upgrade, and operational issues during project execution
- Manage customer requirements, expectations, and communications throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships and surface new business needs
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years in technology delivery or related technical roles, with experience in customer-facing project work
- At least 1 year in a project management or team lead capacity
- Familiarity with waterfall and/or agile delivery methodologies
- Professional English proficiency (spoken and written) — this is the working language
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Beijing, with travel to customer sites as needed
Nice to Have
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Development background (Java or Go)
- Experience at a cloud platform or PaaS vendor
- Project experience in financial services, energy, telecom, or government verticals
- Working knowledge of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, networking, or middleware
