The Role
As a Delivery Engineer, you are the hands-on technical lead who brings Alauda's platform to life at customer sites. You'll deploy, configure, and validate our container PaaS platform in enterprise environments — then ensure customers can operate it confidently. Working at the intersection of engineering and customer success, you'll handle everything from Day 0 deployment to Day 2 operations, building expertise that feeds directly back into our product.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Alauda Container Platform at customer sites — deployment, testing, validation, and handover
- Guide customers through cloud migration, onboarding, and platform adoption
- Perform platform upgrades including change planning, execution, and post-upgrade verification
- Troubleshoot platform issues as first-line technical support, coordinating with engineering when needed
- Author delivery documentation, runbooks, and best practices; contribute to internal knowledge sharing
- Support project acceptance, delivery reviews, and continuous improvement with Project Managers and Architects
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cloud platform implementation, delivery, or operations
- Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture and core components
- Solid Linux administration fundamentals — comfortable troubleshooting in a terminal
- Familiarity with networking basics, databases, or monitoring systems
- Proficiency in at least one of: Shell, Python, Java, or Go
- Professional English proficiency — this is the working language for the role
- Willingness to be based on-site at customer locations
Nice to Have
- Experience with CNI, CSI, or load balancer configuration in Kubernetes
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification
- Java development experience
- Experience writing technical proposals or delivery reports
